Biography

Mr. Baraa has recently joined the hospital as a Chief Operating Officer, with over 17 years of extensive experience in healthcare management and administration in nursing, health education, strategic planning, and quality management. Prior to joining Ibn Sina Specialized hospital, Mr. Baraa was a nursing manager in Cancer Care and Transplantation at King Fahad Medical City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

He controls hospital operations and secures the functionality to drive extensive, sustainable, safe, and efficient healthcare services, Leading the hospital’s operational activities and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative solutions that are evidence-based in responding to the customers’ needs.

Mr. Baraa develops and implements hospital strategic plans and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the hospital such as purchasing, maintenance, sales, information technology, reception, archiving, marketing, logistic, warehousing, and Biomedical Engineering.

Mr. Baraa graduated from the Faculty of Nursing from Hashemite University – Jordan. He holds a Master’s degree in Health and Hospital Administration from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He just joined the Ph.D. program in Public Health at Al-Quds university.
